What to Expect
I’ll review your completed forms before we meet. During the initial consultation I’ll ask a range of health, lifestyle and food intake questions, to understand the full picture of your current health and nutritional requirements. (Please note: No medical diagnoses can be made.)
After creating your personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, I’ll then arrange the walkthrough of your plan and weekly support calls to guide you through dietary, lifestyle and supplement recommendations. I’ll monitor your progress, to help you embed changes and work towards your health goals.
If you are on the 10 Week Personalised Programme, after your 10 weekly support calls are complete, you can extend your programme for a duration that’s suitable for you, or you can start a new programme to meet revised health goals. You can also arrange Pay as You Go follow-ups if preferred.
Please be assured that all information you provide is treated with the strictest of confidence and stored in compliance with GDPR laws. None of your personal information will be shared or discussed outside of the clinical environment (unless you specifically provide consent to do so).
Cancellations & Refunds
You may request a refund for your programme payment if the initial consultation has not yet taken place. After the initial consultation, your programme has begun and can no longer be refunded. Your payment and completed forms are required before your initial consultation can take place. For the 10 Week Personalised Programme, your weekly support calls are to be used within a 10 week period following the walkthrough of your Personalised Nutrition and Lifestyle Plan.
